SHIPPING POLICY

All parcels are sent via Austrlia Post.

We have a flat rate of $12 for standard shipping or $17 for express shipping.

All orders are handmade to order and therefore have a 2 week turn around time before posting, postage times vary based on location and Austrlia Post will be able to give the best estimate for delivery of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not offer exchange or refund due to change of mind.

Although are items are handmade with the upmost care, if you find your order is faulty or not as it should be, then please contact us to discuss your situation.
